Phoenix Dermatologist, Dr. Andrew Racette
Andrew Racette, DO

Dr. Andrew Racette is a board certified Osteopathic dermatologist through the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular & Molecular Biology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and received his medical degree from Midwestern University: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ in 2004. He then completed a one year traditional rotating internship at Plaza Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas from July 2004 to July 2005.

From July 2005 until June 2008 he completed a Dermatology residency training program at Midwestern University Phoenix Dermatology in Mesa, AZ. Dr. Racette served as the Chief Resident of the dermatology residency training program for all 3 years of his residency. He published several journal articles during his residency on such topics such as trigeminal trophic syndrome, halo nevi, novel drug reactions, and lichen striatus to name just a few. He won several awards including the Daniel Koprince, D.O. Award for Education given to the top resident presentation twice, the Ulbrich research award presented to the top resident research papers, and was selected as one of only ten residents in the world to present their research at the prestigious American Academy of Dermatology in Washington, D.C., the largest annual dermatology conference.

In addition to general dermatology and dermatopathology, Dr. Racette received specialized training in MOHS Micrographic surgery, advanced aesthetic surgery including complicated flaps and skin grafts, as well as cosmetic dermatology. He graduated from his residency program in June of 2008 and opened his own dermatology practice, Omni Dermatology in Phoenix, AZ.

Patients appreciate Dr. Racette’s comprehensive approach to the treatment of their skin disorders. He approaches each patient individually taking into account all factors pertaining to the patient’s problems. He spends an extensive amount of time getting to know each patient so he can best tailor their therapy.

As a researcher in the field of dermatology, Dr. Racette has been active in dermatologic research. He has done research with some of the biggest and best dermatologic pharmaceutical companies including Galderma, Amgen, Peplin, Johnson & Johnson, and many others. He has received research grants for several of his innovative ideas and is continually working on new up and coming research projects. He has presented at conferences all over the United States and has been invitied to be a guest lecturer in several different areas of dermatology including general skin care, photoprotection and sunscreen, topical antioxidants, skin cancer, fungal infections, adverse drug reactions, and many others. He is an adjunct faculty member of A.T. Still University and Midwestern University in teaching medical students on rotations and lectures for Midwestern University as well.

Dr. Racette has been published in peer reviewed journals such as the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology (JAAD) and the Journal of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. He is a member in good standing of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, American Osteopathic Association, and Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association. He is also the co-editor for the Journal of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology.


Phoenix Dermatologist, Scott Ross, MD
Scott Ross, MD

Scott Ross, MD trained in Boston and has been in private practice dermatology in both Minneapolis and Phoenix since 1986. He is on staff at hospitals and surgi centers in both cities and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Society for Laser and Medical Surgery and specialized in not only general diseases and surgery of skin ( general dermatology), but also cosmetic dermatology and laser medicine.


Dermatology Nurse Practitioner, Kelli Anderson
Kelli Anderson, FNP–C

Kelli Anderson is originally from Wisconsin where she earned her RN degree in 1989. She moved to Arizona in 1990 and worked mainly in pediatrics as an RN. She went on to earn her Masters of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix in 2009. Upon becoming certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2009 she went on to practice in the field of neurology. Kelli left neurology so she could pursue her passion of becoming a dermatology nurse practitioner and undergo a dermatology internship under Andrew Racette, DO. Although Kelli enjoys all aspects of dermatology, her greatest interest lies in helping teens with acne treatment and education. She places a strong emphasize on involving patients in the treatment plans regarding their chronic skin conditions.

When Kelli is not treating dermatology skin conditions she enjoys spending time with her adult children and grandchildren. Hobbies include baking, decorating/remodeling, and attempting to play golf.

Dermatology Nurse Practitioner, Sara Mohamed FNP-C
Sara Mohamed, DNP, FNP-C

Sara is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University. She currently possesses over 10 years of clinical experience at prestigious hospitals throughout the state. Sara is a native of Phoenix, AZ, however she was born in Egypt. She enjoys traveling, and spending time with family.

As a Nurse Practitioner, Sara has received extensive Dermatology training under the direction of Dr. Andrew Racette. Her passion lies in the management and treatment of simple and complex dermatological conditions, aesthetics, and anti-aging modalities. Sara’s passion for keeping up with the latest innovative and results-oriented advances ensures the best possible outcome for the patient and their skin.

Sara values the relationships built with her patients and takes pride in establishing long term relationships. Her attention to detail offers her patients the most personalized experience. She believes creating a balance between how you look, and feel is the key element to producing the best results inside and out. Therefore, it is essential to educate patients in healthy practices and procedures, while developing personalized treatment plans to assist them in achieving their desired goals.

Dermatology FNP-C, Craig Wiggins
Craig Wiggins, FNP–C

Craig Wiggins is an Arizona native, and graduate of the University of Arizona and Grand Canyon University. Craig began his nursing career in adult and pediatric trauma/emergency medicine before transitioning to dermatology. While completing his Masters of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner program, Craig pursued extracurricular training in dermatology, and quickly realized he had found his passion. After graduating, Craig had the unique opportunity to work in general and cosmetic dermatology with a leading practice in Seattle, before, his love of family, friends, and sunshine, drew him back to Arizona.

Craig has been delighted to have found a like minded practitioner in Dr. Racette. Working closely with Dr. Racette, Craig sees himself as an extension of Dr. Racette’s clinical practice to established and new patient’s alike, and endeavors to maintain Dr. Racette’s comprehensive approach to patient care.

Although Craig has extensive experience in cosmetic treatments and enjoys all aspects of dermatology, Craig’s passion lies in general/surgical dermatology, specifically, acne, eczema, cancer, rashes, and auto-immune issues.

When out of the office, Craig is usually in the gym, out on the soccer field, or in the art studio.

Dermatology Andre Tarin, NP-C
Andre Tarin, NP–C

Andre Tarin is a Nurse Practitioner who received Bachelors of Science degrees in Biology and Nursing before earning his Masters of Science Nurse Practitioner degree from South University in Savannah, Georgia. Andre has years of clinical experience from various hospitals throughout the valley in critical care, but has always had a passion to work in dermatology after completing his master’s. Once Andre became board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, he managed to receive extensive training under Dr. Andrew Racette to further his knowledge and skills in the field of dermatology.

During Andre’s training, he learned how to care for acute and chronic skin diseases using diverse treatment modalities while placing the utmost importance on the patient’s well-being. Andre finds passion in treating all types of dermatological issues, some of which include acne, autoimmune diseases, rashes, skin cancers, viral diseases, and surgical procedures. Additionally, he enjoys staying up-to-date with current dermatological research so patients can receive high-quality care with personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

In his spare time, Andre enjoys watching movies, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Dermatology Tana Frumento
Tana Frumento, MPAS, PA–C

Tana Frumento received her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies(MPAS) and Arts in Bioethics from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. As part of her degree studies, Tana completed specialized clinical rotations in dermatology and then had formal medical training with board certified dermatologists. In addition to possessing the knowledge to evaluate, diagnose and treat a wide variety of skin disorders, Tana is also skilled at several cosmetic procedures including injections of Botox and fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm. Being an Arizona native, Tana has a keen interest in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer along with educating sun safety and reducing skin cancer risk. She completed her undergraduate education at Arizona State University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

Tana is a member of the Arizona Dermatology Physician Assistant Society, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She enjoys helping others further their education by being a preceptor for Midwestern University. Tana was certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in 2006 and then became licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona under the supervision of a physician.

Dermatology Judi Goldman, CMLT
Judi Goldman, CMLT

Judi, originally from Philadelphia, has always had a passion for skin care and aesthetics. Her ambition directed her to attend the National Laser Institute located in Scottsdale, AZ. She received her Laser Technician Certification as well as her Laser Safety Certification in 2010.

Judi then continued her education at The Studio Academy of Beauty. After graduation, she continued to receive several certifications and successfully completed advanced training in skin care and laser treatments including chemical peels, laser skin rejuvenation, and tattoo removal.

Judi’s extensive training in laser skin rejuvenation and her passion for making her patients feel more confident, led her to Omni Dermatology, Inc. She is extremely excited to bring her knowledge to patients paired with cutting edge technology the PicoSure laser has to offer.

In her spare time, Judi enjoys spending time with her two amazing teenage boys, watching the Philadelphia Eagles, camping and country dancing. Judi is very passionate about life and the health and wellness of others.

Dermatology Nurse Practitioner, Gayle Grossman
Gayle Grossman, RN

Gayle Grossman is a Registered Nurse with over 40 years’ practical experience, 35 of which have been spent specializing in the anti-aging industry. A native of New York, Gayle completed her nursing training at Jewish Hospital and Medical Center of Brooklyn School of Nursing. Upon graduation she worked for a few years in the E.R. and O.R. at JHMCB, where she developed her love for cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and medicine. She then took that background to the upper east side of Manhattan where she was employed by a prominent plastic surgeon for a number of years before moving to Los Angeles, California. During her 17 years living in the LA area, Gayle worked at the Sherman Oaks Burn Center, Bosley Medical Group and also with various Beverly Hills plastic surgeons, learning new and innovative aesthetic injection techniques to help both men and women look and feel rejuvinated.

Upon moving to Scottsdale in 1997 with her husband and 3 children, Gayle has continued to love what she does for a living. She has a loyal following and loves the smile she puts on her clients’ faces when they look in the mirror following treatment! Gayle’s motto... "Less is best; you can always add more," has gained her well deserved respect from her clients and colleagues. Gayle is always continuing her education and acquiring training and certification in injectable and skin care products in order to always offer the best advice and highest level of service to her clientele.
