We are located in the eastern part of Phoenix in the beautiful Arcadia neighborhood area - approximately 3 miles west of Old Town Scottsdale.  Our office is on the northeast corner of 48th St and Indian School. The entrance is on the north side of Indian School Rd just east of 48th St. We are in the back of the Arcadia Medical Plaza - Suite 102.  Arcadia Medical Plaza is located just behind the Whitney & Murphy funeral home.
